Striking vintage 1940s dress in a gray and black horizontal pinstripe. It has buttons up the bodice, shoulder pads and two hip pockets. I believe this is a rayon or something similar. Label reads "A Charles Hymen Casual" . About a small/medium, I'd say.

Good to Great vintage condition. This is still very wearable, no problem there. But it is showing signs of the life it's lived. There are some discolorations and small holes The largest of these is on the back and is about a half inch long. See photos. There is a snap at the top of the front, and one corner of a sleeve cuff that needs to be restitched. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: This is a dolman sleeve so there is some play here but approx. 44"
Waist: 31"
Hips: 42"
Shoulder to waist: approx 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 43"
